Religion and Revolution

January 26, 2012 |  by

On the 1st anniversary of the Egyptian Revolution, millions flooded into Tahrir Square to demand an end to military rule and counter-revolutionary violence. The last few months have been filled with fresh uprisings against the junta, attacks by religious extremists, and united action between Christians and Muslims to face down those who want to throw back the progress of the revolution.

A New Year’s resolution worth sticking to

January 2, 2012 |  by

2011 was certainly a year that will remain forever in the history books. It was the year that saw movements of millions overthrow the most brutal dictators. It was the year that saw thousands occupy financial districts in the heart of the beast through the #Occupy tent cities. In short, it was a year that really saw the start of mass and generalized world-wide resistance to the brutality of the capitalist system in which we live.

Libya: make the revolution permanent!

December 28, 2011 |  by

Get up, Get down – REVOLUTION’s coming to your town!

December 5, 2011 |  by

One year ago, Glenn Beck did an anxious “expose” on REVOLUTION: The socialist youth organization and its soon-to-be infection of America’s youth. In response, we’ve produced the following leaflet to help make Beck’s worst nightmares come true: to see REVOLUTION groups built in workplaces, schools, and neighborhoods all across the country and for more young people to become part of and to help carry forward the struggle against capitalism, for working-class power, and for socialism.

If it is your deep desire to build and live in a better world, one vastly different to that which exists currently, then we urge you to download this leaflet, talk its contents over with your friends, help build REVOLUTION groups nationwide, and unite together the world over all revolutionary youth by joining with us today in the struggle to found a new anti-capitalist youth international.

One Solution: REVOLUTION!

Right-wing terror in Norway – turn rage into resistance!

August 20, 2011 |  by

Those who followed the news reports about the tragedy in Norway were presumably not only shocked but also astonished by the reluctance of the media to take a closer look at the political background of the offender. But let’s recapitulate again what happened before we get to this exact question.
